After all this life is over And our burdens have been lifted And we stand upon the mountaintops so tall Looking over in that city That the Savior is preparing Gives me faith that I can make it after all Trials here are sometimes many And oft times my feet grow weary Till it seems I almost stumble then and fall But the tender hand that leads me Is the hand that keeps me steady And by faith I know I'll make it after all By myself I cannot make it But I know He's there to help me He will hear my cry if only I will call Just keep trusting Keep on believing Are the words I hear Him whisper Just a few more days to labor after all After all this life is over And our burdens have been lifted And we stand upon the mountaintops so tall Looking over in that city That the Savior is preparing Gives me faith that I can make it after all Gives me faith that I can make it after all

"This painting is another of what might be considered my trademark in that it is a surrealistic statement of Christian symbolism. To me the white dove of the Holy Spirit and the crown of suffering along with the skyline of Jerusalem are obvious. But did you know that while the Temple existed, as a marriage ritual the groom would wear a crown of roses which speaks of a king coming for his bride? And the crown of suffering is even now being turned into that crown of roses, that even now preparations for the wedding of The Lamb are underway!"
